Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at +91 94446 14567 or jegadeswar@adjbros.com.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Returns
Due to the nature of bulk grocery products, returns are accepted only in case of:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged packaging on delivery
• Quantity shortage from what was ordered

Report any such issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos, to jegadeswar@adjbros.com or +91 94446 14567. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued within [X business days].

Non-returnable items
Opened or used bags are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
