By using this website and placing an order with A.D. Jeyaveerapandia Nadar & Bros, you agree to the following terms.

1. About us

We are a wholesale grocery supplier selling to retail shops. Products are sold in bulk pack sizes (kg bags) as listed on each product page.

2. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received or upon order confirmation call/message from our team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery zone restrictions.
  • Minimum order quantities may apply and will be shown at checkout.

3. Pricing

  • Prices are listed per kg and reflect wholesale rates for bulk quantities. Final price is calculated based on pack size selected.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in grocery commodities.
  • GST invoice will be provided with every order.

4. Payments

  • We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and other methods as listed on our site.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines and zones are mentioned on our Shipping Policy page.
  • Risk of loss/damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, transport strikes, etc.)

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu.
